  • Premium Support includes telephone support weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time, email support, and software updates. Software updates include all releases for your edition of Diplomat Transaction Manager.
  • Basic Support includes email support and software updates. Software updates include all releases for your edition of Diplomat Transaction Manager.

In addition, Coviant Software offers configuration services and customization services for further integration with your computing environment. Configuartion services provides assistance in the configuration of initial test transactions to ensure that your ftp, email, paging, and other systems work smoothly with Diplomat products.
