Our Property Developer Customer uses Diplomat MFT to automate transfers of its HR data to the Workday platform. This includes sending payroll data for processing from SAP, an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to Workday. Here’s a snapshot of the process:

Diplomat MFT includes a Job Monitor which means the HR team can ensure file transfers are completed successfully, and quickly diagnose any errors if they occur. This reduces the chance of file transfer failures and ensures data integrity and security in the Workday environment.
